1. How long does it take to translate a document?

The factors involve in determining how long a translation takes include the number of words, intelligibility and editability of source document (i.e. file, handwritten or scanned file), level of complexity and delivery requirements etc. 

As a general rule of thumb, 500 words take 1-2 days, 2,000 words take 2-3 days, 5,000 words take 3-5 days, and 10,000 words take 5-7 days.

2. My documents are highly confidential. Do you have a confidentiality policy?

Any information shared with us will be treated with confidentiality. Note that your document(s) may be shared with other linguist associates for the purpose of getting the job done. Documents will be shared only with associates who have signed a non-disclosure agreement with us.

3. We are not based in Singapore. How do you accept payment?

We accept payments made by bank transfer (SWIFT code of Singapore bank will be provided), PayPal and Payoneer. US, UK and EU banking details are also available.
